ThatToThis is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to extract calendar events from images of schedules and line items from receipts. The app allows you to add extracted events to your device's calendar and split bills among multiple people.

2. Credits and Purchases

Credit System

• The app uses a credit system where each image scanned consumes credits
• New users receive free credits to try the app
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credit amounts and pricing are displayed in the app and may change over time

Consumable Purchases

Credits are consumable items. This means:

• Credits cannot be restored once used
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Unused credits do not expire
• Credits are stored in your iCloud account and sync across your devices

Pricing

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Apple's standard terms and refund policies apply to all purchases.

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate.

• The app uses artificial intelligence to extract text and interpret information from images
• Results may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted information before use
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate extractions, including but not limited to missed appointments, incorrect calendar entries, or billing errors

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden our services
• Share or resell credits or access to the app

5. Intellectual Property

• ThatToThis and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Charles Squeri and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our express permission

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Gemini AI for image processing
• Apple Calendar (EventKit) for calendar integration
• Apple StoreKit for purchases
• Firebase for analytics and crash reporting

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charles Squeri and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
